At Buhay Wellness, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality care because health shouldn’t be a privilege. Our mission is to remove the barriers that keep our community from receiving the integrative and holistic care they need to thrive. We offer services at fair, community-based rates and provide additional discounts for military members, veterans, first responders and those experiencing financial hardship (based on family size & household income). ​
We understand that finding affordable, patient-centered care can be challenging. At Buhay Wellness, we’re changing that by creating a space where individuals and families feel supported by a team of compassionate professionals who prioritize both preventative and restorative health.
Eligibility
Eligibility is based on household income and family size, with options for discounted care for those who qualify. In addition, all veterans, active-duty military members, and first responders automatically receive discounted care in recognition of their service to our community.

How to apply
To see if you qualify for financial assistance, simply complete our Financial Assistance Application Form. Once filled out, you can email it to our office at info@buhaywellness.org or bring it with you to your first visit. Our team will review your application and contact you to discuss your eligibility and available options.
